Overseeing mechanical construction activities on-site, ensuring alignment with project specifications, drawings, and applicable standards.

Coordinating with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to support planning and execution of mechanical installations, including HVAC systems.

Monitoring installation activities for mechanical systems, piping, HVAC, and associated auxiliary equipment.

Conducting site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.

Identifying and resolving mechanical issues during construction to support safe and timely project delivery.

Supporting construction, testing, and commissioning activities through coordination with engineering and commissioning teams.

Maintaining accurate records of site activities, including progress tracking and reporting.

Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, promoting a strong safety culture across all site activities.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

2-5 years of experience in HVAC construction, installation, or site supervision within industrial, energy, power generation, EPC, or large-scale infrastructure projects.

Good understanding of HVAC systems, including ventilation, air conditioning, heating, ductwork, hydronic piping networks, and associated equipment.

Experience reviewing mechanical and HVAC drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.

Previous experience working with subcontractors in a construction environment.

Familiarity with HVAC testing, balancing, and commissioning activities would be considered an advantage.

Fluent English language skills.

Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
