Warehouse Coordinator

Job Description: 

We are currently looking for a Warehouse Coordinator, to support our Adamow Power Plant site execution team, for the Power Technologies department of the Thermal Power Plants & HVDC division of Metlen, based in Turek, Poland.

What your role will encompass:

  • Coordinate daytoday warehouse operations, including receipt, storage, handling, and issuance of materials and equipment 

  • Ensure accurate recording of inbound and outbound materials in warehouse systems. 

  • Maintain proper inventory control, stock levels, and material traceability 

  • Perform regular stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records 

  • Coordinate material deliveries and dispatches in line with project requirements and schedules 

  • Ensure correct labeling, storage conditions, and segregation of materials 

  • Liaise with Procurement and Site teams regarding material availability, shortages, and discrepancies 

  • Ensure compliance with HSE rules, warehouse safety procedures, and company policies 

  • Maintain orderly, clean, and safe warehouse areas at all times 

  • Support audits, inspections, and reporting related to warehouse and inventory management 

  • Prepare and submit warehouse reports as required by project management

What you bring to the role:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field 

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse coordination, logistics, or material control, preferably within construction, EPC, or industrial projects 

  • Experience working in sitebased or project environments is strongly preferred
