We are currently looking for a Supply Chain Officer to join our MSET-ET team based in Thessaloniki.
As a Supply Chain Officer, he/she will cooperate with and support the Supply Chain Manager in coordinating procurement activities, ensuring seamless communication with suppliers, and maintaining accurate data across all supply chain processes. This role is key to managing due diligence, monitoring supplier performance, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and sustainability standards.
Your role will encompass:
- Support the Supply Chain Manager in daily operations and due diligence activities
- Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure efficient procurement processes
- Manage communication with suppliers regarding ESG, Ethical & Integrity audits, and Financial Due Diligence (FDD) assessments
- Coordinate internally with Sustainability, Compliance, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to facilitate due diligence processes
- Distribute and manage contractual ESG and traceability requirements, including BOMs and supplier documentation
- Review and verify third-party reports, supplier data, statements, and compliance documentation
- Support the review of supply chain-related contractual clauses and contract processes
- Create, maintain, and manage Due Diligence (DD), ESG traceability, and Whitelisting (WL) records and databases
- Prepare reports and monitor the progress and outcomes of due diligence, ESG evaluations, and audit processes
What you bring to the role:
- University degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Risk Management, Economics, Law, Environmental Sciences, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in the field or a related field
- Understanding of ESG principles and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Familiarity with ERP systems and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, other)
- Experience in the renewable energy sector
- Familiarity with commercial contracts and/or commercial law is a plus
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive mindset, teamwork skills, and the ability to adapt to dynamic environments
