We are currently seeking a Mechanical Site Engineer to join our Power Technologies Department (Thermal Power & HVDC), supporting the delivery of the CCGT Adamów power plant based in Turek, Poland.

Your role will include:

• Manage and oversee mechanical construction activities on-site, ensuring alignment with project specifications, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to effectively plan and execute mechanical installations.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure workmanship meets industry standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues that may arise during construction, implementing prompt solutions to prevent project delays. 
• Collaborate with the design team during the pre-construction phase to provide input on mechanical systems.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all mechanical work performed on-site.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a culture of safety among all personnel involved in mechanical construction activities.
  
  

What you bring to the role:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (MSc considered an advantage)
• 1-2  years of experience in mechanical works or maintenance, preferably within power generation, HVDC or renewable energy projects
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical, electrical and civil construction drawings
• Fluency in English.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in multicultural project teams
