We are currently looking for a Senior Technical Office Engineer to join our Technical Office team in Thessaloniki.
As a Senior Technical Office Engineer, you will support the coordination and delivery of energy and infrastructure projects, ensuring effective communication between engineering, procurement, construction, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
The role offers exposure to projects including Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Utility-Scale Solar PV, Wind Farms, Data Centres, and Grid Infrastructure Projects.
Your role will encompass:

Support the coordination of technical office activities across multiple energy and infrastructure projects

Coordinate engineering deliverables, RFIs, technical queries, and communication between internal and external stakeholders

Assist in project planning, technical reviews, and the development of project execution procedures

Maintain project documentation, document control processes, and reporting requirements

Support commissioning, as-built documentation, and project handover activities

Ensure compliance with project requirements, quality standards, company procedures, and applicable regulations.
What you bring to the role:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
- 4+ years of experience in Technical Office, Project Engineering, Project Controls, or EPC project environments
- Understanding of engineering documentation, construction processes, and project delivery principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and MS Project and/or Primavera P6
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Very good command of English
