We are currently looking for a Senior HSE Engineer (Electrical) to join our MRES-ET team in Renewables division based in Athens.
Your role will encompass:
- Define and enforce HSE requirements for electrical activities across all project phases (construction, commissioning, energization), ensuring full alignment with corporate standards and regulatory frameworks
- Develop and standardize electrical safety control processes and ensure consistent implementation across all sites
- Assess and approve risk assessments and method statements related to electrical works
- Drive electrical safety assurance through targeted inspections, audits and incident investigations, identifying systemic gaps and ensuring closure of corrective actions
- Integrate HSE requirements into commissioning and energization procedures in coordination with Engineering and Commissioning teams, ensuring safe system handover
- Enhance electrical safety competence across projects by establishing training requirements, supporting capability development and promoting a strong safety culture
What you bring to the role:
- University Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years proven HSE experience in related field
- Experience in energy projects is considered an advantage
- Knowledge of Greece HSE Legislation is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in relevant software and Microsoft Office Suite
