Job Description: 
We are currently looking for a  Senior Electrical Design Engineer (P4) to join our Electrical Utilities team as part of the M-RESET division of METLEN based in our offices in Thessaloniki.
As a Senior Design Engineer, you will support the engineering, design, technical review and procurement support of electrical utility systems for  power plants and energy projects. The role focuses on lighting systems , cable containment systems, cable routing, conduits, while supporting project execution, technical compliance and proposal activities
Your role will encompass:
  • Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, civil and other engineering disciplines
  • Support the design of lighting and emergency lighting systems
  • Assist with the design and layout of cable trays, ladders and support systems
  • Assist with the preparation of technical specifications and equipment requirements
  • Assist in preparing Requests for Quotation (RFQs) for equipment and systems
What you bring to the role:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Design & Production Engineering
  • 4+ years of experience in engineering roles
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD; experience with AutoCAD MEP, Inventor,  or similar engineering software is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a willingness to learn
  • Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary and international engineering team
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • A proactive and organized approach to managing engineering tasks and meeting project deadlines
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage
