We are currently looking for a Civil Design Engineer to join our Therman Power & HVDC division based in Athens.
Your role will encompass:
- Preparation of small-scale architectural studies and 3D designs for project needs, including substations
- Review of conceptual designs, architectural deliverables, and passive fire protection studies to ensure compliance with project requirements
- Support of procurement activities through technical review of offers and coordination on technical matters
- Resolution of technical issues and development of libraries for standardized design solutions
- Review and submission of drawings and technical documentation to the client
- Ensuring document consistency, quality, and adherence to project specifications and procedures
What you bring to the role:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- 5+ years of experience in a relevant position
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Excellent Knowledge of Autocad
- Excellent Knowledge of Revit
- Strong knowledge of computer applications, especially MS Office
- Experience and knowledge of software such Tekla, Navisworks shall be considered an additional asset
- Critical thinking & troubleshooting capability
- Ability to travel occasionally
