We are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our Power Technologies team for the construction of the Adamow Power Plant in Metlen.
Your role will encompass:
- Progress Monitoring:
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly progress of quantitative activities.
- Collect and analyse progress data related to subcontractor quantitative work aspects.
- Technical Coordination:
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand requirements and specifications of quantitative works .
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare progress reports highlighting achievements, delays, and forecasts related to quantitative works.
- Maintain accurate records of daily reports, material deliveries, and manpower statistics.
- Support in updating the project schedule using excel.
What you bring to the role:
- 0 – 2 years of work experience.
- Degree in Engineer, Finance, Math, Physics or related STEM discipline.
- Experience in verifying quantities, preparing cost reports, and handling variations.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration with multi-disciplinary project teams.
- Previous experience in cost control software and MS Excel.
