We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our Strategy & Performance team in Athens.

Your role will encompass:

• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Perform end-to-end project planning, monitoring, budget/resource/risk/change management.
• Contribute to the development and communication of business requirements with clear scope and deliverables.
• Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of multiple initiatives.
• Oversee daily project operations and resolve issues to maintain timelines and stakeholder alignment.
• Report on project progress, risks, and escalate key issues to management when required.

What you bring to the role:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Experience in the energy sector or IT/technology projects is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• PMP certification or formal training is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
