We are currently looking for a Project Director to join our EPC team part of Renewable Division.
Your role will encompass:

Leading the planning, execution, and delivery of renewable energy projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements.

Managing project teams, including engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders, to ensure effective collaboration and project success.

Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, and ensuring adherence to these plans.

Overseeing the procurement of materials and services, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships.

Conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies to address potential project risks.

Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

Monitoring project progress and performance, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Managing project documentation, including contracts, reports, and regulatory submissions.

Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team.
What you bring to the role:

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical or civil engineering. MSc is considered an advantage

In-depth knowledge of renewable energy technologies, project management methodologies, and industry best practices

Proven track record in managing large-scale renewable energy projects, with a deep understanding of the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) process.

Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills

Advanced use of Microsoft Project
