Job Description: 

We are seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to join our M Transmission team, part of our Thermal Power & HVDC Division, supporting the delivery of Overhead Transmission Line (OHTL) projects.

Your Role will encompass:

· Supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of OHTL EPC project activities, ensuring alignment between engineering, procurement, construction, and project controls teams.

· Coordinating communication with internal stakeholders, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure effective project execution and timely resolution of issues.

· Preparing and maintaining project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, correspondence logs, risk registers, and project trackers.

· Monitoring project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and action items, ensuring deadlines are met and deviations are escalated appropriately.

· Assisting with cost monitoring, invoicing processes, budget tracking, and the preparation of project performance reports.

· Supporting procurement and contract administration activities, including RFQ coordination, vendor follow-up, and document control.

· Coordinating project meetings, workshops, and reviews, ensuring timely distribution of agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.

· Collaborating closely with site teams to monitor construction progress, identify risks, and support the implementation of corrective actions where required.

· Ensuring compliance with company procedures, contractual requirements, quality standards, and HSE regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

What you bring to the role:

· 3+ years of relevant experience in project coordination, project controls, project engineering, or project administration roles.

· University degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

· Previous experience in power transmission, energy, infrastructure, or construction projects will be considered a strong asset.

· Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) will be considered an advantage.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

· Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic project environment.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with project management tools will be considered an asset.

· Ability and willingness to travel to project sites when required.
