About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Administrator to join our team.
Location: site based (Edgecumbe - Tihori Solar Farm)
Contract Type: Full time, fixed term
Reporting to the Project Manager, the Project Administrator provides administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the construction site team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Meetings, Minutes & Action Tracking: Attend key project meetings (internal, client, stakeholders where required). Record clear and structured meeting minutes in system (i.e., Procore)
Reporting (Weekly & Monthly): Compile contractor progress and site activities into structured reports. Draft weekly and monthly reports for internal review and external submission (client)
Commercial Administration Support: Support financial processes in coordination with site management and cost controller
Travel & Accommodation Management: Coordinate and maintain oversight of all travel and accommodation arrangements.
Housing, Asset & Vehicle Management: Maintaining asset registers and associated maintenance of site accommodation, site vehicles, and office.
Workforce & Roster Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date workforce data (incl site rosters, Hammertech reports)
About You
To be successful in this role, you will be/have:
- Previous experience within renewable, energy, construction, mining & resources, or infrastructure projects.
- Previous experience processing high volume of invoices, and minute taking.
- Strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence and work effectively with project stakeholders.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to take initiative and work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Package software(s).
