We are currently looking for a Personal Assistant to the Chief Corporate Affairs & Communication Officer to join our Corporate Affairs & Communication General team, in our offices in Athens.
Your role will encompass:
- Office & Information Management: Oversee correspondence, filing systems, and document organization.
- Executive & Calendar Management: Manage the CMO’s calendar, appointments, and priorities.
- Meeting & Travel Coordination: Organize meetings and travel arrangements.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Support communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Marketing & Event Support: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing initiatives and events.
- Financial & Administrative Oversight: Process invoices, expense reports, and support budget monitoring.
- Reporting & Presentation Preparation: Prepare reports, presentations, and executive materials.
What you bring to the role:
- Bachelor's degree is desirable.
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting senior executives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong inclination in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and MS Word.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks and confidential information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.
- Experience in Marketing, Communications, Corporate Affairs, or other corporate functions will be considered an advantage.
- Experience with invoice procedures and expense tracking systems is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain discretion and professionalism at all times.
