We are looking for a Performance Management Lead to join our HR Organizational Effectiveness & Performance team in Athens, Greece.
Your role will encompass

Own and continuously improve METLEN’s Performance Management framework, processes and tools, ensuring alignment with business priorities and best practices.

Lead the annual Performance Management Cycle, ensuring consistent, timely and effective execution across the organization.

Govern target setting, KPIs and calibration, promoting clear objectives, fairness and consistency in performance evaluations.

Leverage performance analytics and insights to identify trends, improvement opportunities and support data-driven decision-making.

Partner with HRBPs, leaders, managers and employees, providing guidance, communication and training to strengthen performance and feedback practices.

Lead performance transformation and digitalization initiatives, including continuous performance, feedback and 360° frameworks, while connecting performance insights with broader Organizational Effectiveness priorities.

Contribute to Organizational Effectiveness initiatives related to organizational design, global job architecture, career paths and broader workforce effectiveness frameworks.
What you bring to the role

7+ years of experience in Performance Management, Organizational Effectiveness, HR Transformation, or a similar area.

Strong experience in designing and managing Performance Management frameworks, processes and cycles.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate performance data into actionable business insights.

Experience with HR systems, ideally SuccessFactors, and digital HR transformation

Strong project management skills and a continuous improvement mindset
