We are currently looking for an Operational Improvement Specialist to join our Operational Improvement Team, part of our  of our Fully Integrated Energy Utility Division, in our Paiania Offices.

By joining this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, improving, and standardizing end-to-end operational processes across the organization. The Operational Improvement Specialist will work closely with business and operational teams to identify inefficiencies, streamline ways of working, and support the implementation of process improvement and automation initiatives. Through process analysis, stakeholder collaboration, data-driven insights, and continuous improvement methodologies, you will contribute to enhancing operational efficiency, quality, and customer experience.

Your role will encompass:

• Analyzing end-to-end operational processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement, while proposing practical solutions to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
• Mapping, standardizing, and maintaining business processes, workflows, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and work instructions, ensuring consistency and alignment with company standards.
• Supporting process improvement, digital transformation, and automation initiatives, including requirements gathering, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), implementation, and rollout activities.
• Collaborating closely with Operations, Business, IT, and Operational Excellence teams to ensure effective communication, stakeholder alignment, and successful implementation of improvement initiatives.
• Monitoring process performance through KPIs and operational metrics, identifying deviations, supporting corrective actions, and contributing to continuous improvement plans.
• Preparing process analysis, performance reports, and improvement recommendations, while supporting the implementation and sustainability of changes across operational teams.

What you bring to the role:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
•  2+ years of experience in Operations, Process Improvement, Operational Excellence, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex operational processes, identify root causes, and translate findings into practical improvement actions.
• Experience in process mapping, documentation, and standardization, with familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Visio and strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with automation, RPA, digital transformation initiatives, and/or User Acceptance Testing (UAT) will be considered an advantage.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across Business, Operations, IT, and other functions.
• Proactive and structured mindset, with strong attention to detail, accountability, and a continuous improvement orientation; excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
