We are currently looking for an OT Governance & Compliance Specialist to support the Information Security & Operational Technology (OT) function across the Group’s domestic and international operations.
By joining this role you'll focus on OT governance, regulatory compliance, internal audit coordination, documentation, reporting, and follow-up activities across the Group’s Energy, Metallurgy, and MTechnologies (Defence) pillars.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders to monitor and support the implementation of applicable OT cybersecurity policies, regulatory requirements, standards, and governance controls, ensuring that relevant teams maintain the required level of compliance.
Your role will encompass:
- Support OT governance, cybersecurity audits, and compliance across domestic and international operations.
- Monitor compliance with OT security policies, controls, and regulatory requirements, including ISO 27001, NIS2, EKBA, and IEC/ISA 62443.
- Coordinate audits and compliance reviews, including evidence collection, documentation, findings, remediation actions, and follow-up.
- Maintain governance documentation, reports, action trackers, and compliance records, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Coordinate with OT, IT, Engineering, Procurement, vendors, and other stakeholders to address compliance gaps and ensure timely completion of actions.
What you bring to the role:

4+ years of relevant professional experience, including ideally 1+ year of experience in OT / industrial environments.

Good understanding of Information Security, Cybersecurity, and OT governance principles.

Genuine interest in Operational Technology, industrial environments, and critical infrastructure security.

Familiarity with ISO 27001, IEC/ISA 62443, NIS2, and EKBA.

Understanding of regulatory compliance, governance frameworks, audit processes, and control environments will be considered an advantage.
