About the role

We are looking for an OT Governance & Compliance Coordinator to support the Information Security & Operational Technology (OT) function across the Group’s domestic and international operations.

The role focuses on OT governance, regulatory compliance, internal audit coordination, documentation, reporting, and follow-up activities across the Group’s Energy, Metallurgy, and MTechnologies (Defence) pillars.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders to monitor and support the implementation of applicable OT cybersecurity policies, regulatory requirements, standards, and governance controls, ensuring that relevant teams maintain the required level of compliance.

Key responsibilities

  • Support OT governance, audit, and compliance activities across domestic and international operations.
  • Monitor the implementation of applicable OT security policies, procedures, controls, and regulatory requirements across relevant business units and operations.

  • Support the coordination of internal audits and compliance reviews, including preparation, evidence collection, follow-up, and tracking of findings and remediation actions.

  • Collect, organize, maintain, and manage evidence, documentation, governance records, and compliance materials.

  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, meeting minutes, action trackers, audit documentation, and other governance materials.

  • Coordinate with OT, IT, Engineering, Procurement, vendors, and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely follow-up and completion of relevant actions.

  • Support the identification, documentation, and follow-up of compliance gaps and corrective actions.

  • Support governance and compliance activities related to ISO 27001, NIS2, EKBA, IEC/ISA 62443, and other applicable cybersecurity standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.

  • Assist in RFQ reviews, documentation follow-ups, and operational coordination activities related to OT governance and compliance.

  • Provide operational support to the Information Security & OT function, ensuring effective coordination and timely follow-up across the Group’s operations.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 2–5 years of relevant professional experience, including ideally 1–3 years of experience in OT / industrial environments.

  • Good understanding of Information Security, Cybersecurity, and OT governance principles.

  • Genuine interest in Operational Technology, industrial environments, and critical infrastructure security.

  • Familiarity with ISO 27001, IEC/ISA 62443, NIS2, and EKBA.

  • Understanding of regulatory compliance, governance frameworks, audit processes, and control environments will be considered an advantage.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage documentation, evidence, reporting, action tracking, and follow-up activities.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.

  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to governance, compliance, and audit-related activities.
