Senior Quality Coordinator

Job Description: 

We are looking for a Senior Quality Coordinator to provide technical and quality support across our global construction projects, ensuring that construction activities, engineering solutions, and quality requirements are effectively coordinated and aligned.

Your Role will encompass:

  • Provide specialist support on structural and civil construction matters
  • Review construction challenges related to foundations, earthworks, roads, drainage systems, retaining structures, and equipment foundations
  • Coordinate with engineering teams on design clarifications and technical resolutions
  • Provide technical oversight and support to construction teams across global projects
  • Act as an escalation point for complex construction and quality-related technical issues
  • Review and assess construction-related engineering deviations and field modifications.Monitor and support the resolution of Non-Conformities (NCRs) related to internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and subcontractors
  • Gather, maintain, and continuously update global lessons learned across MRES, with a particular focus on Non-Conformity matters.Identify recurring quality issues and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions
  • Promote consistency in quality standards, processes, and best practices across projects
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Construction, Procurement, HSE, and Project Management teams to ensure effective quality management

What you bring to the role:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field
  • Significant experience in construction quality, preferably within renewable energy, infrastructure, EPC, or a similar environment
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, quality standards, and engineering requirements, particularly in civil and structural works
  • Proven experience managing Non-Conformities, corrective actions, and quality-related technical issues
  • Experience working with suppliers, subcontractors, engineering teams, and construction teams
  • Strong ability to review technical documentation, identify risks, and provide practical solutions
  • Experience working across multiple projects and international environments would be beneficial
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and standards such as ISO 9001 would be beneficial.Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and effectively escalate complex issues
