We are currently looking for a Procurement Supervisor to join the Technical & Procurement team. We are seeking a Procurement Supervisor to join our growing Procurement Department and support the delivery of complex energy projects. This role is responsible for leading procurement activities across renewable energy, energy storage (BESS), and broader energy infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with company standards, project timelines, and technical requirements.
Your role will encompass:
- Lead and oversee procurement activities across renewable energy, BESS, and infrastructure projects
- Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies, procedures, and project schedules
- Review and approve supplier offersPrepare technical evaluations and commercial assessments
- Supervise, mentor, and support Procurement EngineersManage tendering processes and supplier selection
- Conduct technical due diligence for suppliersMonitor supplier performance and KPIsReview and support negotiation of EPC and supplier contracts
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of procurement documentation (contracts, POs, technical annexes)
- Collaborate with Project Management, Engineering, Legal, and O&M to resolve procurement and supplier-related issues
What you bring to the role:
- Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related field)
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, ideally within renewable energy, BESS, or EPC/infrastructure projects
- 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or team coordination role
- Solid understanding of procurement processes, tendering, and supplier management
- Experience in negotiations, comparative analysis, and contract review
- Strong understanding of technical specifications and EPC contract frameworksExcellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Fluent in EnglishProficient in Microsoft Office tools
Preferred:
- Experience in Solar PV, BESS, HV Substations, or large-scale energy/infrastructure projects
- Exposure to international project environments
