We are currently looking for a Electrical Design Coordinator  to join our MRES-ET team in Thermal Power and HVDC division basen in Thessaloniki.

As an Electrical Engineering Coordinator, you will support the preparation, organization, and monitoring of electrical design documentation, coordination activities, and project workflows. Assist in ensuring timely communication, document control, and smooth project execution across engineering disciplines.

Your role will encompass:

• Coordinate activities between engineering disciplines, external designers, and project departments
• Participate in design reviews and coordination meetings; prepare minutes, action lists, and follow-ups.
• Prepare, review, and manage electrical design documents, drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Support equipment procurement, supplier technical evaluations, and review of technical deliverables.
• Manage I&C cable lists, prepare MTOs for RFQs, verify cable lengths with construction teams, and coordinate supplementary procurement.
• Develop and maintain Wiring & Interconnection Diagrams for mechanical package interfaces with Plant DCS.
• Coordinate customer comments and engineering responses; track deliverables, schedules, and document control.
• Coordinate engineering documentation submissions and support construction, commissioning, as-built documentation, and project handover.

What you bring to the role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• Experience in engineering coordination or administrative support is preferred
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and engineering terminology
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with AutoCAD
• Excellent command of English
• Experience in engineering coordination or administrative support is preferred
