Site Civil Engineer

Job Description: 

We are currently looking for Civil Site Engineer to join our M Renewables team in Italy, part of our subsidiary METKA EGN.

 

Your role will encompass:

  • Pre-condition surveys
  • Initial site setup and establishment
  • Indentification of local resources, materials and services
  • Ongoing management of the on-site operations
  • Ensure correct implementation of electrical, civil and mechanical construction drawings by the main subcontractor
  • Supervise subcontractors schedule and works
  • Report to the project manager any deviations from the PoW or scope by the subcontactors 
  • Manage construction flow and timetable
  • Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly progress reports and documentation for internal use and client requirements

 

What you bring to the role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering 
  • MSc in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering is considered ad advantage
  • Proven track record in the construction sector of solar parks 
  • Ability to interpret electrical, mechanical and civil construction drawings is essential
  • Knowledge of AUTOCAD
  • Fluent English and fluent Italian
  • Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
