We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to join our team in Volos.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing all maintenance activities across the plant, ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of equipment, facilities, and production processes.
Your contribution will be critical in maintaining operational excellence, minimizing downtime, and supporting on-time product delivery.
Your role will encompass:
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans to ensure reliable operation of equipment and facilities
- Plan and manage maintenance activities in alignment with production requirements
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities, providing technical guidance to the maintenance team
- Oversee maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, automation, and plumbing systems
- Conduct regular inspections to identify issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution
- Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team while monitoring performance and workload
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Develop, monitor, and control the maintenance budget, identifying cost optimization opportunities
- Implement and maintain maintenance management systems (CMMS) and track KPIs
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and other departments to support operational needs
- Coordinate external vendors and contractors for maintenance services
- Support production activities to ensure on-time and efficient product delivery
What you bring to the role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, automation, and plumbing systems
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Solid knowledge of safety regulations and maintenance-related standards
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and tools
