As we continue to expand our activities across the UK and Ireland, we are looking for a Project Coordinator – Tender to join our team in our London office and support the coordination and delivery of tender opportunities across the market.
The role will support the day-to-day management of tender activities, ensuring that all required technical, commercial and administrative inputs are coordinated effectively and submitted in line with client requirements and deadlines.
This is a coordination-focused position, requiring strong organisational and communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously.
Your role will encompass:

Coordinating day-to-day tender activities, supporting the preparation and submission of bids across UK and Ireland.

Collecting, organising and tracking required documentation and inputs from internal teams, including technical, procurement, legal, commercial and project teams.

Ensuring that all tender information is accurate, complete, up-to-date and formatted in accordance with client requirements.

Maintaining tender documentation, checklists, submission trackers and supporting records throughout the tender process.

Following up with internal stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of required information and documentation.

Supporting the preparation and coordination of final tender submissions, ensuring all documents are complete, properly compiled and submitted within the required deadlines.

Identifying missing information, potential delays or inconsistencies and escalating issues where required.

Supporting the Senior Coordinator and Tender Manager with the overall coordination and administration of tender processes.

Working closely with technical and project teams to ensure that tender requirements are clearly understood and appropriately addressed.

Maintaining a structured and organised approach across multiple tenders, deadlines and stakeholder requirements.
What you bring to the role:

2–3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, tender coordination, bid management or a closely related discipline.

Experience supporting tenders and project activities across the UK and/or Ireland.

Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to documentation and administration.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight tender submission deadlines.

A Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering background is highly desirable.

Previous on-site/project experience is considered an advantage, providing a practical understanding of project requirements and delivery.

Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Proactive, hands-on and collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

A strong interest in working within an international project and tendering environment, with exposure to the UK and Ireland markets.
