Job Description: 

 

We are currently looking for a Senior Project Coordinator to join our UK team, within the Thermal Power & HVDC Division of Metlen Energy & Metals. This is a UK-wide search, and we welcome applications from suitable candidates based across the country.

 

About the role
This is a central role within our project delivery teams, where you’ll help keep complex energy projects running smoothly from planning through to execution. As a Senior Project Coordinator, you’ll be the link between teams, stakeholders, and processes ensuring clear communication, strong organisation, and consistent progress across every stage of the project lifecycle.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Support the coordination and day-to-day management of projects

  • Communicate with stakeholders on project requirements, updates, and objectives

  • Prepare documentation including reports, invoices, estimates, and schedules

  • Track project progress and report on performance and milestones

  • Conduct research and gather information to support project needs

 

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years of relevant project coordination experience

  • Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools

  • Project Management certification (desirable)

  • Excellent written and spoken English

  • Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills

  • Willingness to travel as required
