We are currently looking for a Senior Project Coordinator to join our UK team, within the Thermal Power & HVDC Division of Metlen Energy & Metals. This is a UK-wide search, and we welcome applications from suitable candidates based across the country.
About the role
This is a central role within our project delivery teams, where you’ll help keep complex energy projects running smoothly from planning through to execution. As a Senior Project Coordinator, you’ll be the link between teams, stakeholders, and processes ensuring clear communication, strong organisation, and consistent progress across every stage of the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities

Support the coordination and day-to-day management of projects

Communicate with stakeholders on project requirements, updates, and objectives

Prepare documentation including reports, invoices, estimates, and schedules

Track project progress and report on performance and milestones

Conduct research and gather information to support project needs
What we’re looking for
-
5+ years of relevant project coordination experience
-
Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering

Proficiency in MS Office tools

Project Management certification (desirable)

Excellent written and spoken English
-
Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills
-
Willingness to travel as required
