We are currently looking for an Office Coordinator to join our Real Estate & Facility Management team in London, UK.
By joining this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our new London office. You will act as the main point of contact for office-related matters, delivering a professional front-of-house experience while supporting administrative, operational, and facilities-related activities across the business.
Your role will encompass:

Manage reception and front-of-house operations, welcoming visitors, employees, suppliers, and external partners, while handling incoming calls, enquiries, postal correspondence, deliveries, and courier requests.

Coordinate meeting room bookings, support on-site meetings and internal events, and liaise with the Chairman’s Office and Executive PAs to ensure smooth scheduling and logistics for Metlen Executives and visitors.

Oversee office supplies, facilities stock, kitchen consumables, and communal areas, ensuring the office environment remains fully operational, organised, and professional at all times.

Coordinate office cleaning, maintenance, repairs, and external suppliers, while carrying out visual health & safety checks to maintain a safe and compliant workplace.

Monitor office-related expenses, support invoice processing and record keeping, and provide ad hoc administrative assistance to the wider office as required.
What you will bring:

Previous experience in office coordination, administration, or facilities support roles, ideally within a corporate environment.

Experience supporting senior stakeholders, such as Executives, Directors, or CEOs, with a professional and service-oriented approach.

Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general office software, combined with a proactive mindset and problem-solving capabilities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. First Aid or Fire Marshal certification and knowledge of the Greek language will be considered assets.
