We are currently looking for a HSE Site Supervisor professional to join our M Renewables Division in the UK. The HSE Site Supervisor will work closely with project teams to implement robust safety protocols, provide training, and conduct regular inspections to mitigate risks.

Your role will encompass:
- Extracting and implementing HSE requirements from Pre-Construction Information, ensuring compliance.
- Reviewing project drawings and Construction Phase Plan to address foreseeable health and safety issues.
- Preparing and maintaining up-to-date H&S files, including METKA–EGN Risk and Environmental Assessments.
- Establishing emergency plans, traffic management, and ensure fire regulation compliance.
- Leading HSE initiatives, manage subcontractor H&S, coordinate emergency procedures.
- Conducting accident investigations and produce detailed reports with findings and recommendations.
- Monitoring and managing fuel, waste, and water levels on site, taking necessary actions as required.
What you bring to the role:
- NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate, or industry recognized equivalent
- In-date First aider ticket (FAW)
- ISO14001 and ISO45001 auditor (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years as HSE professional in a construction (CDM), electrical, or related technical environment
- Experience in Solar / renewables sector (preferred)
- Driving License
- Self-motivation and team player skills
- Strong leadership and team management ability
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical, critical thinking with problem solving skills
