- Supporting the execution of the Sales Plan and contributing to tender activities
- Reviewing tender documentation and assisting in the preparation of structured project summaries
- Coordinating inputs and follow-ups across internal stakeholders and Central Functions
- Supporting the preparation of commercial inputs, documentation, and bid submissions
- Assisting in client clarifications and communications during the tender phase
- Monitoring and supporting contract negotiation processes for development exposure
- Supporting risk identification and documentation
- Contributing to overall bid coordination and administrative activities
- Ensuring timely delivery of assigned tasks and maintaining high-quality outputs
- At least 3 years of experience within energy or EPC projects
- Basic understanding of technical and commercial aspects of EPC project execution
- Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant discipline)
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Excellent command of English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
