We are looking for a Senior Data Center Development Manager to join our Global Development team and lead the origination, development, and execution of data center projects across Greece and the MEA region.
Your role will encompass:
- Identify, assess, and develop new data center opportunities across Greece and MEA
- Lead site selection, feasibility studies, due diligence, permitting, and development activities
- Build and manage a pipeline of projects aligned with the company’s growth strategy
- Structure and negotiate key commercial agreements, including land agreements, PPAs, grid connections, partnerships, and customer contracts
- Develop business cases integrating data centers with renewable energy solutions (PV and BESS)
- Manage stakeholder relationships with hyperscalers, colocation providers, utilities, regulators, investors, and local partners
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Asset Management) to ensure successful project execution
- Oversee projects through development, financing, and construction readiness while ensuring compliance with technical, environmental, and financial requirements
- Monitor market trends and drive innovative solutions related to renewable energy integration, hybrid energy models, and grid optimization
What you bring to the role:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Energy, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in data center, energy, or large-scale infrastructure project development
- Proven track record in delivering complex development projects
- Strong understanding of:Data center markets (hyperscalers, colocation, edge computing) - Power infrastructure and grid connectivity - Renewable energy integration (PV and BESS)
- Experience working across international markets, preferably within MEA.Strong commercial, negotiation, stakeholder management, and project execution skills
- Experience in financial modeling and investment analysis
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment
