We are currently looking for a Senior Project Coordinator to join our Project Management team of our M RES-ET Division.
Your role will encompass:
- Support the Project Manager in the planning, coordination, and monitoring of project activities to ensure timely and effective project delivery in accordance with schedule, budget, and technical requirements
- Coordinate interfaces between engineering, procurement, construction teams, contractors, and stakeholders; tracking progress and key deliverables
- Maintain project documentation and reporting, support risk identification and mitigation actions, and follow up on approvals and contractual obligations to ensure smooth project execution
- Implement commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules to ensure systems and equipment meet performance specifications and project requirements
What you bring to the role:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field)
- 5+ years of working experience in related role
- Strong knowledge of project management and planning processes and methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clientsAttention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Good commend in English
