Job Description: 

 

We are currently looking for a Retantion Outsourced Supervisor to join our B2C team as part of our Fully Integrated Energy Utility Division based in Paiania. 

By joining this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation and performance of the Retention team. You will be responsible for coordinating daily activities, coaching team members, and driving retention campaigns to achieve business goals and enhance customer loyalty.

Your role will encompass:

  • Monitoring and optimizing Retention campaigns to achieve performance targets.
  • Coordinating daily team activities to ensure efficiency and goal alignment.
  • Coaching and developing team members to maximize performance.
  • Tracking KPIs and preparing performance reports and insights.
  • Evaluating team performance and implementing improvement plans.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and training of new hires.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders and providing customer & market feedback.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Call Center Operations or similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-centric and results-driven mindset.
  • Proven coaching and team leadership abilities.
  • Analytical thinking with experience in reporting and BI tools.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
