We are currently looking for a Regional Head of Asset Rotation to join our Asset Management team in M RESET business unit.
The Asset Rotation Manager is responsible for executing the company’s asset rotation strategy across a global portfolio of renewable energy projects. The role focuses on maximizing value through the timely divestment, partial sale, or partnership of renewable assets, while ensuring alignment with the company’s capital recycling strategy and long-term growth objectives. Operating within a hub-and-spoke asset rotation model, the Asset Rotation Manager coordinates closely with regional teams, finance, legal, development, EPC, and M&A functions to originate, structure, and execute transactions with institutional investors, infrastructure funds, utilities, and strategic partners. The role plays a critical part in shortening the asset holding period between project acquisition, development, construction, and monetization, thereby supporting capital recycling and portfolio expansion.
Your role will encompass:
- Support the implementation of the company’s global asset rotation strategy across renewable energy assets
- Identify assets suitable for divestment, joint ventures, or co-investment structures
- Contribute to portfolio optimization through analysis of valuation, timing, and market conditions
- Coordinate with regional teams to integrate asset rotation into project lifecycle management
- Develop relationships with institutional investors, infrastructure funds, utilities, and strategic partners
- Expand the company’s investor network and identify potential buyers and partners for renewable asset transactions
- Support investor presentations, roadshows, and market outreach activities
- Lead or support end-to-end transaction processes, including preparation, investor engagement, data room management, due diligence, bid evaluation, negotiation, and closing
- Coordinate with legal, finance, tax, and technical teams to ensure efficient deal execution and compliance with internal governance procedures
- Prepare and review financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction documentation for renewable assets
- Assess project economics, market comparables, and investor return requirements
- Act as the key interface between regional teams and the central Asset Rotation function
- Collaborate closely with Development, EPC, Asset Management, Finance, and Legal teams to align project milestones with transaction timelines
- Support the standardization and continuous improvement of asset rotation processes, templates, and transaction efficiency
- Ensure adherence to company policies related to risk management, governance, and compliance
What you bring to the role:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or postgraduate qualification is a plus)
- 6–10 years of experience in renewable energy investments, infrastructure M&A, project finance, asset management, energy advisory, or investment banking
- Strong experience in renewable energy transactions, ideally across solar, wind, and storage projects
- Exposure to cross-border transactions and international markets
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and project economics knowledge
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder transactions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic, analytical, and hands-on approach with the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced international environment
