As a Operations & Control Administration Coordinator, you will support Operations & Control Director and team activities with regards to projects by coordinating day-to-day operations, maintaining documentation/applications, tracking actions, and assisting in ensuring the smooth execution of project activities.
Your role will encompass:
- Supporting project managers and project teams with administrative and operational activities.
- Coordinating meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Maintaining project documentation, records, trackers, and reports.
- Tracking actions, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinating travel, logistics, and project-related arrangements when required.
- Supporting communication and coordination between internal and external stakeholders.
- Assisting with project reporting, data collection, and ad hoc operational tasks.
- Assisting in developing (liaising with IT) and maintain organized digital systems.
- Maintaining physical filing systems.
What you bring to the role:
- At least 3 years of previous experience in Project Coordination, Project Administration, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Experience in construction, engineering, energy, or industrial projects is considered an advantage.
- Experience in liaising with IT to develop simple flow applications is considered an advantage.
