Job Description: 

 

We are currently looking for an LMS & Operations Administrator to join our Academy team as part of our Fully Integrated Energy Utility Division, based in Paiania.

By joining this role, you will play a key role in the effective operation and continuous development of the Academy’s Learning Management System (LMS). You will act as the Super Administrator of the platform, ensuring accurate user and role management, reliable reporting, smooth learning operations, and effective administration of digital learning activities. You will also support Academy processes, ISO documentation, Knowledge Base management, learning content administration, and communication with the Academy network.

Your role will encompass:

  • Acting as Super Administrator of the Academy’s LMS, managing users, roles, permissions, groups, learning assignments, and ensuring the effective day-to-day operation of the platform.
  • Producing accurate reports on learning participation, completions, learning activity, and compliance, while ensuring data quality and reliability.
  • Supporting the design, setup, testing, publishing, and maintenance of LMS modules, learning journeys, and asynchronous learning content.
  • Maintaining ISO records, controls, and reports, while coordinating Academy processes with the Organization & Processes team.
  • Supporting Academy administration, with a strong focus on maintaining and updating the Knowledge Base and SharePoint, managing training records and attendance certificates, and preparing and distributing newsletters to the Academy network.

What you bring to the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Technology, or another relevant field, combined with previous experience in LMS administration, learning operations, or training administration.
  • Strong digital and systems mindset, with familiarity with LMS platforms, SharePoint, and digital learning tools.
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel, with a data-driven approach and excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and process-oriented skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a very good command of English and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
