We are seeking an IT Digital Project Manager to join our IT Project Management team part of our Information Technology & Digital Strategy Division, based in Athens.
This role is key to driving digital transformation and business process digitization initiatives.
Your role will encompass:
- Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders across various departments and levels to assess, capture, and accelerate the digitization of business processes.
- Coordinates the generation of operational analysis and technical specification documents (Blueprints) for the BPD solutions under their responsibility.
- Participates in the preparation of RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes for the selection of IT solutions and vendors within the organization’s ecosystem.
- Assigns tasks and monitors progress across project teams, ensuring alignment with priorities and effective workload management.
- Manages ongoing project changes, proactively identifying risks and issues, and proposing appropriate mitigation plans.
- Understands and translates business needs into structured project plans, ensuring a clear and well-defined project scope.
- Participates in continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with the IT PMO team.
- Provides regular project status updates and briefings to senior management and Steering Committees.
What you bring to the role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a relevant field
- Master’s degree in a related discipline will be considered an asset
- +4 years of relevant working experience
- Experience in the Energy sector will be considered an asset
- Strong project management skills. Relevant certificates will be considered an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Hands on experience with Agile methodology
- Vendor Management and RFI/RFQ/RFP composing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, throughout all levels of seniority
- Analytical and inquisitive with strong problem-solving skills
