We are currently looking for a HSE Area Supervisor (Central Greece) to join our Renewables team in one of our Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects in Central Greece.
Your role will encompass:
- Lead, coach and develop HSE Officers to enhance site-level HSE performance and accountability
- Ensure the implementation and enforcement of HSE standards, procedures and control measures to achieve consistent compliance across all sites
- Perform regular site visits, inspections and audits to identify non-conformities and drive corrective actions in a timely manner
- Monitor and evaluate contractor HSE performance and compliance obligations
- Support project teams in hazard identification, risk assessment and corrective actions
- Monitor and evaluate contractor HSE performance and compliance
- Drive hazard identification, risk assessment and corrective action processes across projects
What you bring to the role:
- University Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering
- 7+ years of HSE experience, preferably in construction, energy or infrastructure
- Previous experience in a senior HSE/Supervisory role, including team and contractor management
- Strong knowledge of risk assessments, audits, inspections, incident investigations and HSE legislation
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English, good MS Office skills
