We are currently looking for an HSE Administrator to join our HSE team in Paiania, Greece.
As an HSE Administrator, you will provide structured administrative and coordination support to the Country HSE function, enabling the effective operation of HSE systems, reporting processes, and documentation. You will ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timely flow of HSE information while supporting both central HSE governance and site-level activities.
Your role will encompass:
- Maintain HSE records, registers, and controlled documentation in line with company requirements, ensuring accuracy, version control, and accessibility
- Support the collection, consolidation, and quality control of HSE data and reports from sites and offices, ensuring completeness, consistency, and timely submission
- Coordinate HSE meetings, training sessions, audits, and related logistics, ensuring proper planning, documentation, and follow-up actions
- Track actions, deadlines, and close-out of findings arising from audits, inspections, and reviews, ensuring timely follow-up and clear visibility of status
- Support onboarding documentation and administrative HSE requirements for projects and contractors, ensuring compliance with company procedures
What you bring to the role:
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Health & Safety, or a related discipline
- 1-3 years of experience in administration, project coordination, or HSE support
- Excellent organizational and document management skills
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken
