We are seeking a B2B Business Development Senior Specialist to join our B2B team as part of our Fully Integrated Energy Utility Division based in Paiania.
By joining this role, you will support the company’s growth across electricity, natural gas, and integrated energy solutions, with a strong focus on business development, partner-led opportunities, and value-added energy services. You will leverage your commercial acumen, market insight, and analytical thinking to identify new opportunities, support tailored energy offerings, enhance customer value, and contribute to the development of a high-performing B2B commercial ecosystem.
Your Role Will Encompass
- Identifying, qualifying, and developing B2B opportunities across electricity, natural gas, and integrated energy services.
- Supporting the design and execution of commercial initiatives, partner-led opportunities, and tailored value propositions.
- Preparing proposals, RFQs, tenders, and commercial offers for energy supply and value-added solutions such as PPAs, demand response, and energy efficiency services.
- Collaborating with internal teams (Sales, Pricing, Energy Consulting, Product, Legal, Operations) to deliver competitive and compliant commercial solutions.
- Managing and monitoring the sales pipeline, partner activities, and key market initiatives through CRM systems and reporting tools.
- Analyzing market data, customer needs, and regulatory trends to support strategic decision-making and business development initiatives.
What You Bring to the Role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, STEM, Energy, or a related field. A Master’s degree will be considered an asset.
- 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, partner management, or energy-related services.
- Strong understanding of the energy market and B2B commercial environments.
- Experience with corporate energy solutions such as pricing models, PPAs, demand response, ESG-linked products, and energy efficiency services.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate data and market insights into business opportunities.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems, and reporting tools, combined with strong organizational and collaboration skills.
