We are currently looking for a B2B Back Office Team Leader (Maternity Cover - 1 year contract) to join our Operations Team, part of our Fully Integrated Energy Utility Division, at our Paiania offices.
By joining this role, you will lead and coordinate the daily operations of the B2B Back Office team, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all contract and customer lifecycle processes, while driving operational performance and cross-functional collaboration.
Your Role Will Encompass:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the B2B Back Office team.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of contracts, amendments, terminations, and customer requests.
- Monitor workload distribution, priorities, and adherence to deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures, audit standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Act as first escalation point for operational issues and cross-functional dependencies.
- Collaborate with Sales Operations, Account Managers, Legal, Billing, and IT to ensure smooth end-to-end processes.
What You Bring to the Role:
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Back Office / Operations roles, preferably in B2B or Energy sector.
- Experience in team coordination or informal leadership responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of Greek and English; proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP systems (e.g. SFA, GLX) is a plus.
