We are currently looking for a Junior Media Officer to join our Corporate Affairs & Communication Division team in Athens, Greece.
By joining this role, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of media projects and campaigns, ensuring they align with our overall marketing strategies and objectives.
Your role will encompass
- Monitor and update the progress of media projects, to meet established timelines and objectives.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of media campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate with external agencies to execute media campaigns effectively.
- Ensure billing procedures run smoothly, including managing and tracking purchase orders, invoices, and payments to vendors and partners.
- Proofread and revise contracts and agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.
- Support the team with data processing, including collecting, analyzing, and reporting on key metrics and performance indicators.
- Prepare and distribute competition monitoring reports to relevant stakeholders within the organization, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information.
- Work closely with creative teams to develop media content, providing input and feedback as needed to ensure quality and relevance.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the role.
What you bring to the role:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 1-2 years proven experience in related field.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent user of the MS Office suite.
