We are currently looking for a O&M Engineer to join our MRES-ET team in one of our Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects in Larissa.
*This role requires a lot of flexibility as it involves working five 8-hour shifts every week (Monday to Friday). Shifts are defined on a rotational basis. Shifts are on a 24h basis.
As an O&M Engineer, you are responsible for the smooth operation, monitoring, and maintenance of equipment and systems, ensuring optimal performance, preventing failures, and resolving technical issues to guarantee reliable energy production.
Your role will encompass
- Perform Regular Preventive Maintenance of different components and equipment of Photovoltaic projects including Low/Medium voltage equipment
- Undertakes the trouble shooting of equipment failures (Repair, Replacement, Installation new parts/equipment)
- Secure Inverter Availability Guarantee, response times and other KPIs
- Preparation of daily/monthly/yearly reports and schedules for electrical work carried out
What you bring to the role:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineer
- 1+ years of experience in procurement for power plants or electromechanical installations
- Professional experience with international clients and projects in the Solar Market is desirable
- Electrical Installation Technician License (Group 4, Specialty A)
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English is a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong planning and organizational abilities
- Sharp analytical skills and attention to detail
- Capable of effectively conveying ideas, facts, and technical information to various levels of management and technical teams
- Ability to meet deadlines efficiently and work well under pressure
