We are looking for an Integration Engineer (OSB/SOA) to join our Information Technology & Digital Strategy team in Paiania, Greece.
By joining this role, you’ll design, develop, and maintain system integrations, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability between applications, platforms, and third-party services.
Your role will encompass:
- Develop and maintain the Oracle Service Bus ecosystem (OSB & SOA).
- Work closely with security officers to ensure all applicable security and compliance standards and requirements are incorporated into architecture & integration design.
- Act as an advisor to project teams on the use of integration technology, system architecture including integration best practices.
- Conduct various integration operational and resiliency test as part of delivering the architecture.
- Collaborate with externals team members in Integration areas.
- Investigate and troubleshoot Integration related issues raised via the ticketing system in collaboration with external advisors.
- Support the preparation of RFI’s, RFP’s, RFQ’s for seeking technology solutions & services proposals in the organization’s vendor ecosystem.
- Communicate project status to various levels of management.
What you bring to the role:
- 3+ years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of Oracle Service Bus (SOA & OSB).
- Knowledge of common system integration methods and technologies including Web services, SOAP, JSON, XML Schema Definition (XSD), Extensible Markup Language (XML), Business process automation and orchestration tools and software.
- Deep understanding of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) or Microservices Architecture.
- Deep understanding of traditional integration layer (REST or SOAP), and modern architecture Integration layer
- Experience in solution design and development, vendor management & integration support.
- Experience in leading and/or managing projects relevant to Enterprise Architecture & Integration.
