METKA ΑΤΕ, as a subsidiary of METLEN, has long-term experience in the infrastructure sector, holding a seventh-class contractor’s certificate and now specializes in construction activities, undertaking infrastructure projects such as road construction, certified buildings, railway, marine projects, etc., as well as solid and liquid waste management projects.

We are currently looking for a Proposals Engineer to join our elite Proposals Team at our headquarters in Marousi, Athens.

Your role will encompass:

• Collaborating with a high-caliber team of distinguished industry partners.
• Mastering the technical, commercial and contractual aspects of a Civil Infrastructure Project Tender.
• Following the tender plan
• Maintaining a database of past tenders and making the most of it during new ones.
• Managing the quantification of the Civil Works scope for major bids.
• Orchestrating tender data, from technical designs to RfPs.
• Collaborating with renown industry partners including design firms and the supply chain to ensure that most cost efficient solutions are selected and that comprehensive and consistent quotations are received.
• Synthesizing input from multidisciplinary teams, including M&E Engineers.
• Compiling detailed budget models and
• Presenting tender proposals to senior management.

What you bring to the role:

• Education: Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 5+ years of relevant professional experience. Site experience is a significant plus.
• Tech Savvy: Expert in MS Office and Autodesk 3D software. BIM knowledge will set you apart
• Communication: Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential.
• Soft Skills: A robust organized mindset with the communication skills to navigate complex projects.
