We are seeking a Legal Counsel to support our EPC activities across the UK and Ireland, reporting into the London-based Legal team. This role will provide high-quality, commercially focused legal advice across the full project lifecycle, from tendering and procurement through to project delivery and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice across EPC, O&M, supply and subcontract agreements
- Draft, review, and negotiate key project contracts
- Support project teams in managing contractual obligations and risks
- Advise on procurement, tenders, and contract execution
- Liaise with external law firms and manage legal spend in line with internal procedures
- Contribute to the development of legal processes, templates, and best practices
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer in England & Wales with a valid practising certificate
- Experience in EPC contracts and energy/infrastructure projects
- Knowledge of FIDIC and/or NEC4 contracts
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
