We are looking for a highly driven Finance Transformation Project Manager to join our Finance Transformation & GCFO Office team. The role will play a key part in shaping and delivering the transformation agenda of the Group Finance function, supporting large-scale initiatives related to Finance processes, systems, governance, data, and operating models.
Your role will encompass:
- Supporting the end-to-end delivery of Finance Transformation initiatives across systems, processes, and operating models
- Conducting diagnostics and assessments of Finance processes, ERP/EPM systems, reporting structures, and controls
- Contributing to the design and implementation of target operating models and optimized Finance workflows
- Supporting the development and prioritization of the Finance Transformation roadmap and strategic initiatives
- Collaborating with Finance, IT, and external vendors to translate business needs into actionable delivery plans and system requirements
- Driving process redesign and automation initiatives to improve efficiency, controls, and reporting capabilities
- Coordinating project governance activities, tracking milestones, risks, dependencies, and benefits realization
- Supporting change management activities, including communication, stakeholder alignment, training, and user adoption
- Preparing progress updates, reporting materials, and presentations for senior leadership and governance committees
What you bring to the role:
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 8 years of experience in Finance Transformation, ERP implementations, or large-scale Finance systems projects, ideally within a Big 4 or similar environment
- Strong understanding of Finance processes, financial reporting, controls, and ERP/EPM environments
- Proven ability to work effectively across Finance and IT functions with a hands-on, delivery-oriented mindset
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and process improvement capabilities
- Experience managing stakeholders, vendors, and system integrators within complex transformation environments
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems, with SAP experience considered a strong asset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, both written and spoken
