We are looking for a Senior Legal Program Manager to join our team in Athens, Greece.
In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring the effective delivery of legal services across the organization, acting as the central point of contact for legal support requests.
Your role will encompass:

Serve as the central point of contact for the intake, coordination, management, and prioritization of legal support requests across business units and corporate functions.

Review, structure, and allocate legal requests to the appropriate Legal Business Partners, ensuring effective support to the relevant stakeholders.

Coordinate and monitor the progress of legal matters handled by the Legal Division, ensuring timely, efficient, and consistent delivery of legal services.

Support the management of complex legal matters and cross-functional legal projects involving multiple internal stakeholders and external advisors.

Monitor and report on Legal Division activities, preparing status updates, management reports, and legal matter metrics as required.

Facilitate collaboration across the Legal Division, business units, central functions, and external legal advisors, while supporting legal operations initiatives, contract reviews, policy drafting, and strategic legal projects.
What you bring to the role:

Bachelor's Degree in Law; Master's degree or additional qualifications will be considered an asset.

7+ years of proven experience in legal operations, legal project management, in-house legal teams, or a law firm environment. Previous experience in in-house legal teams will be considered an asset.

Strong understanding of legal matter management, contract review, and stakeholder coordination.

Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a multionational, complex business environment.

Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills with high attention to detail.

Ability to collaborate effectively across legal, business, and external advisory teams.
