We are currently looking for a Legal Counsel (EPC) to join our Legal team in Athens or Thessaloniki, Greece.
By joining this role, you will provide legal support across the full lifecycle of infrastructure and renewable energy projects, with a strong focus on Greek public procurement procedures, EPC contracting, and project execution. You will work closely with business and project teams, supporting complex contractual negotiations and ensuring compliance throughout the contract chain.
Your role will encompass:

Provide legal advice and support in relation to Greek Public Tenders and infrastructure projects.

Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize EPC, O&M, supply, and subcontracting agreements.

Support project teams in the management and administration of EPC and O&M contracts to ensure contractual compliance.

Provide timely and practical legal guidance aligned with business and project needs.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external law firms on contractual, procurement, and project-related matters.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of Legal Team processes, templates, and know-how materials.
What you will bring:

Qualified Lawyer in Greece and member of the relevant professional body.

3+ years of relevant legal experience, including 2+ years in private practice.

Strong expertise in Greek Public Procurement law for infrastructure projects.

Solid experience across EPC contracting, procurement, subcontracting, and O&M agreements.

Previous experience within renewable energy projects is considered essential.

Familiarity with FIDIC contracts will be considered a strong asset.
