Our flagship Engineers in Action Graduate Programme is now entering its 10th cycle, offering early-career engineers the opportunity to contribute to real projects, develop their capabilities and build a strong foundation for their future careers.
Your 12-month journey
As an Engineer in Action, you will gain hands-on experience within one of METLEN’s Business Units or Corporate Functions and work alongside experienced professionals on projects with real business impact.

- M Renewables – Energy Transition: Renewable energy, solar and energy storage projects
- Integrated Utility: Energy generation, management and customer solutions
- International Energy Supply & Trading: Energy markets, supply and trading activities
- Energy Shared Services: Cross-functional support for Energy operations
- M Energy Customer Solutions: Innovative energy products and services
- M Technologies: Advanced engineering and defence technology projects
- Circular Metals: Sustainable and circular metallurgy solutions
- METKA ATE: Construction, infrastructure and environmental projects
- Corporate Functions: Technology, Avokado, HSE, ESG and Sustainability
Positions may be available in Athens, Paiania, Thessaloniki, Agios Nikolaos Viotia, Korinthos and Volos, depending on business needs.

Who we are looking for
We welcome applications from graduates across all engineering disciplines with 0–2 years of relevant professional experience.
You should also have:
• A strong academic engineering background
• Excellent command of Greek and English
• Availability to relocate within METLEN’s operational footprint in Greece
• Completed military service obligations, where applicable
• A collaborative mindset, willingness to learn and readiness to take responsibility
Graduates of international universities should ensure that their degree meets the applicable Greek recognition requirements.
Selection journey
1. Application: Submit your online application through our platform by 20 October 2026
2. Online Assessment: Demonstrate your skills and potential by completing your assessment through HiPeople, our digital assessment platform
3. Virtual Speed Discussions: Connect with METLEN professionals through short one-to-one virtual discussions
4. Onsite Assessment Centre: Take part in practical and collaborative activities at our headquarter offices, which will take place mid/ late November 2026
5. Final Discussions and Offer: Successful candidates will receive a competitive employment offer to join Engineers in Action Wave 10 within December 2026
6. Programme Start: We are excited to welcome all successful candidates who will be part of the Engineers in Action Wave 10 cycle, mid/late January 2027
