Job Description: 

 

 

We are currently looking for a Senior Operations and Facilities Coordinator to join our PPP & Concessions team belonging to our subsidiary company M Concessions, based in Greece. 

  

Your role will encompass:  

  • Provide day-to-day coordination and delivery of Facility Management (FM) and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) services across PPP/Concession projects, ensuring effective service execution and operational continuity.  

  • Oversee the operation and maintenance of critical electromechanical systems, including HVAC, electrical installations, BMS, fire safety systems, lifts, and other key infrastructure assets, through subcontractors and service providers.  

  • Coordinates soft FM services (cleaning, security, pest control, landscaping) 

  • Maintains asset/service records.  

  • Collects operational and performance data; maintains FM documentation, correspondence logs and monitoring dashboards, supporting auditability 

  • Collaborate with subcontractors, service providers, and other stakeholders to monitor performance against SLAs and KPIs, resolve operational issues, and support the justification of deviations related to cost, service levels, and response times.  

  • Provide support in the preparation, monitoring, and control of OPEX budgets, cost analyses, forecasts, and cost control activities, while maintaining accurate asset and service records.  

  • Prepares operational, KPI and compliance reports for Contracting Authorities and internal governance during operational phases. 

  • Work with the project, technical, and commercial teams to review contractual documentation, technical specifications, and operational requirements, identifying risks and opportunities and proposing mitigation measures.  

  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, applicable legislation, regulations, ESG principles, and Group policies, while maintaining FM documentation, monitoring dashboards, and preparing operational, KPI, and compliance reports. 

 

 

What you bring to the role: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Civil Engineering considered an advantage) 

  • 6+ years of experience in project management, facility management, and O&M of medium to large-scale building and infrastructure projects.  

  • Hands-on experience in E/M systems (HVAC, electrical distribution, BMS, fire safety systems, lifts, critical equipment) and coordination of hard/soft FM services.  

  • Familiarity with digital technical maintenance systems such as CAFM or CMMS and project management tools considered as an advantage. 

  • Previous working experience with PPP and Concession projects considered a strong advantage. 

  • Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Acrobat, and MS Office Suite (Word, Powerpoint, etc.).  

  • Ability to travel frequently to project sites around Greece 

  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks, manage deadlines and maintain schedules. 

  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail, with problem solving attitude
