We are currently looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team within the Finance Division. This opportunity is ideal for those looking to expand their impact and grow within the company while continuing to contribute to our shared success.By joining this role, you’ll play a vital role in our company’s effort for strengthening financial insight and enabling data‑driven decisions that support performance and strategic growth across METLEN’s operations.
Your role will encompass:
- Supporting financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
- Preparing annual budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis to monitor performance and highlight key deviations.
- Developing cash flow projections, conducting sensitivity analyses to evaluate different business scenarios.
- Analyzing financial data and trends to provide actionable insights that enhance decision‑making and overall financial performance.
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, ensuring clarity, consistency, and timely delivery to internal stakeholders.
- Responsible for data gathering, financial modelling and spreadsheet maintenance.
- Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate financial information and support strategic initiatives across the organization.
What you bring to the role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; a Master’s degree is considered an advantage.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, ideally within a corporate or industrial environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information for non‑financial stakeholders.
- Proficiency in excel and power point with the aim to convert analysis into presentations and briefings for senior managemen.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
